The manager and staff were excellent and did everything to make our stay a success. The pool is clean and a nice area to relax for a while. The location is excellent just across the road from the beach and in the center of Cha Am. The room is a good layout with a big comfortable balcony where we relaxed for hours. Family oriented but very suitable for couples as well. The restaurant is simple but adequate. Originally booked one night but stayed two. We will go again.

The location, close to the beach and restaurants. A lovely pool and oasis of calm. Rooms spacious, balconies good. Breakfast looking onto the sea, food and choice very good. Staff very helpful and made sure our stay was good. The manager Thom, very helpful, arranged transport to the bus stop, for our return trip to the airport.

All staffs provided an excellent service. We had really great time during our stay. There had no many customers during pandemic and the hotel didn't think much about profit, but giving a good experience to the customer. We got a room upgrade to pool view. My kid really enjoyed.

Room was good with a great balcony, modern and seemed well maintained. Bed was just awesome! Staff is courteous and prompt. Pool is nice and generally clean. Breakfast seemed limited due little guest occupancy but it was fine.
